Gary is a former Navy Firecontrolman with six years of experience maintaining guided missile computer systems.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an Education Specialist certificate in Special Education from National University.  He has several years of experience teaching Mathematics and as a Special Education technician, and spent 2 years as a programmer at Motorola working on cellular phone technology.
